About the Magnus Foundation
The Magnus Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit entity dedicated to cultivating art, culture, and community-building in the areas where Magnus Capital Partners operates.
We firmly believe that art and culture play a transformative role in society. The Magnus Foundation strives to create opportunities for people to come together, build community bonds, and actively contribute to their localities.
A sample of our initiatives:
Compensating local artists who offer free art lessons to community members.
Connecting with local organizations to offer community members free enrichment programs including job-seeking services, fitness programs, mental health workshops, and more.
Bringing an inclusive Summer Market Fest, with a diverse mix of local vendors, organizations and artists, to Magnus Capital Partners properties.
Summer Market Fest
Every year, the Magnus Foundation hosts its signature event, the Summer Market Fest at HōM Flats. This festive gathering is open to everyone and features a vibrant mix of local vendors, artists, and organizations.
