The Magnus Foundation supports high-impact initiatives that enhance community well-being and reinforce long-term resident and neighborhood stability. Through practical, place-based strategies, we expand opportunity, enrich the resident experience across our HōM Flats communities, and strengthen the social and economic fabric of the neighborhoods we serve.
Foundation initiatives complement — but remain distinct from — the real estate and workforce housing activities of Magnus Capital Partners. Since our founding in 2020, our community support has grown alongside the HōM Flats communities and the neighborhoods they call home.
What We Do
Summer Market Fest
Our annual free community festival, featuring dozens of local vendors and food trucks.
Courtside by HōM Flats
A community gathering space that brings neighbors together around local food and events.
Free Art Lessons
Hands-on art programming that supports local artists and enriches residents of all ages.
Bit-Farms Indoor Gardens
Indoor growing installations that bring fresh food and green space into our communities.
Resident Enrichment Programming
Health, career, and financial workshops and events held throughout the year.
Community Partnerships & Giving
Sponsoring local schools, supporting local artists, and donating to organizations that strengthen our neighborhoods.
